Furnaces -

Each furnace is made to order and takes approximately 2 weeks from order being placed to shipping. We will keep you updated throughout the process and will be happy to send pictures/answer questions along the way.

Operating furnaces is an inherently dangerous activity, we do not accept any liability for harm or damage caused while using this equipment. It is the responsibility of the user to check the furnace is in good working condition before each use and to wear fit for purpose PPE at all times. Each furnace kit includes information which explains how to properly operate and maintain each included part. Each non consumable part of this kit is covered by a 1 year warranty, this does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage and does not cover cosmetic issues such as chipped paint. The refractory lining and base plate are consumable parts, they have a long lifespan and can be maintained to last several years however, they are consumable and do degrade under normal use. We do include information with this kit on how to best care for the lining.

Each non consumable accessory is covered by a 1 year warranty, this does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage and does not cover cosmetic issues such as chipped paint.
